rscadd: Adds Timmypools sangheili minor armor.
rscadd: Adds various new apparel items and armor for KS7s Marshals. All based on a recolor of Eluxors GCPD Armor.
rsadd: Overhauls PVP KS7s Police Department, adding a underground garage and elevator. Adds a expanded armory to the second level along with a Mayors office and adds various other rooms to improve QoL for Marshal players.
bugfix: Fixes the slowdown bug affecting police armors causing the wearers movement speed to be substantially increased, all police armors should now have the intended slowdown effect.
