Why Verification Failed

Sometimes, the verification process might not go as smoothly as expected, but there's no need to worry. We're here to assist. There are common issues that users may encounter, each of which can be resolved with ease.

Purchased a Gift Code without Registering It with a Havoc Account

Please review your order carefully. If you find a gift code, proceed to https://havoc.app/account/redeem and redeem it there.

Safari & Private Browsing

You have to use Safari to login to your Havoc account and disable “Private Browsing” for TrollRecorder to access your account.

  1. Do not use “Private Browsing”.
  2. Do not use 3rd-party Web browser.
  3. Do not operate in any 3rd-party mail app. If you receive login link, copy, paste and open it in Safari.

Wrong Account

Remember to use the correct, purchased Havoc Account:

  • Google Account
  • Discord Account
  • Apple ID
  • 3rd-Party Email Account

We strongly suggest that you bind a Google Account to your Havoc Account.

Tap the Sign Out button found in the menu when you tap on your avatar on the Havoc Marketplace, using Safari.

Outdated Version

Due to the anti-piracy mechanism requiring periodic upgrades, please update your application version to activate the license.

Having Difficulty Connecting to the DRM Server

This problem is infrequently reported by users. Ensure you can connect to Internet.

If the above solutions do not resolve your issue, you have the option to request a refund. Please contact us through the email address provided within the app. The refund process may take up to 7 days to initiate, and it could be an additional 30 days before your payment provider processes the refund and returns the funds to your account.
