0.4.0 - Roomscale movement and snap turning

The snap turning config option is now actually hooked up to something. Smooth turning will still be used by default (changing SnapTurnAngle to anything >0 automatically enables snap turning).
Added roomscale movement (i.e. the player collision capsule now follows your head, previously the game was seated mode/standing mode only and moving inside your playspace only affected the camera).
If you get stuck/softlocked anywhere thanks to this update please let me know
