Mechanic Use
The side navigation bar located on the left-side of the application displays the different actions a mechanic can perform.
Once the authentication is successful, the mechanic is redirected to the dashboard, which acts as a homepage. A set of actions can be performed here:
- View Appointments:
On this page, all the appointments assigned to the mechanic are displayed with all the important information associated with the appointment.
- Edit Appointments:
Similar to the administrator, the mechanic can edit the status of the appointment by clicking on the pencil icon button. A pop-up should appear, and the mechanic can modify the status.
- Remove Appointments:
A mechanic can remove an appointment upon clicking on the garbage button. The row with the removed appointment will be deleted from the page.
- My Account:
The mechanic’s personal information is displayed on this page. Upon selecting the “edit profile” button, a pop-up should appear, in which the mechanic can modify its desired information.
