A couple of action items coming out of collaborative work time:

1. Mike will open up a PR with ADF to update the API of the AdfDiag class (and all the parent classes) to allow users to provide either a YAML config file or a dictionary instead of requiring a YAML file
2. Restriction for CUPiD was discussed: any notebook that reads in a secondary YAML file (like the ADF or CICE config files) should get those file names from config.yml, they should NOT be hard-coded into notebooks.
