• Split cupid-run into cupid-timeseries and cupid-diagnostics

• Renamed cupid-build to cupid-webpage

• Environment rename: (cupid-dev) is now (cupid-infrastructure)

  • Users should uninstall cupid-dev to avoid confusion!

• Directory changes: moved nblibrary/ out of examples/

• Walk through running ADF with config file from helper_scripts/

• Showed example output, as well as screenshots highlighting latest commands

• Next steps: CESM Workflow, running more external packages, improving timeseries generation

  • Lots of comments on timeseries generation: can we generate files for all variables? Can we compress the output?
