Fix jetStrafe for other HMD (before only work with Oculus) :
- use the same parameter as move mode to choose how strafes are relative to (like moves : body, hands, view, ...)
- can choose if jetStrafe is snap to 10,30, 45 or 90° or analog

Fix double teleports when using gun sight mode

Fix move and teleport with head mode (follow where player look)

Fix shoot over table, rail or other solid high block . Before bullets are often blocks, even if guns are over the solid

Change how controls are registered. Some controllers (like VIC) send multiples input event when you use joystick or trackpad : now only the first event is bound to action and the others are unbounded. Before inputs are sometimes and randomly bound twice to an action, or to two differents actions and it's a pain to debound them. (Fix KozGit#307)
