Replaced flask.frm with an unmarked/generic one

* to avoid confusing players, as it has a "13" logo from FO1 but isn't
considered as an actual "V13 water flask" in dialog checks.
* this doesn't affect "Vic's water flask" quest item as it uses another
FRM file.
