-Reduced dependence on manual tables
-Streamlined manual work (all manual mappings are now made simultaneously)
-Fixed bugs (build_RxE no longer generates concepts that are not mapping targets for source concepts)
-Reduced number of OMOP-generated concepts in stage tables
