Changes related to profiling of human3, dRep, and MASH.

  • Pass threads to bowtie
  • capture metawrap + checkm outputs, reformat, and inject into dRep
  • added flag for turning on deep profiling mode (humann3)
  • tweaked resource allocation for profiling related rules
