This internal release helps with the operation of a Riak cluster with delete_mode set to keep:

• The nextgenrepl solution is enhanced with a configurable option to replicate reap requests from the riak_kv_reaper so that reap queries can be made whilst keeping clusters in full-sync.
• The $key query feature may now be configured to ignore tombstones when the backend is leveled to mimic the behaviour normally seen by queries when running other delete modes.

Riak KV 3.0.17 - Internal NHS Release

This internal release is to resolve a number of issues related to full-sync and aae_folds:

• A fix to allow for changes to be made safely at run-time to sink workers, without sink workers being unexpectedly over-provisioned.
• A fix to ensure that the startup of Riak is not delayed by connection timeouts and connection timeouts do not cause peer or sink crashes.
• A fix to ensure that use of the local change_method in reap/erase aae_folds do lead to the erase and reap work being distributed across the cluster.
