Release v1.5.0

This release tweaks the workflows for minimap2 and GSAlign, plus adding a series of minor changes.

1. The minimap2 workflow now uses full-genome to full-genome alignments
2. GSAlign now doesn't use netSyntenic, leaving more maps present in the final chain file analogously to blat mapping
3. Fixed pulling of workflow from GitHub
4. Implement self-reporting, saving all tracebacks into the output directory provided
