This release tweaks the workflows for minimap2 and GSAlign, plus adding a series of minor changes.
- The minimap2 workflow now uses full-genome to full-genome alignments
- GSAlign now doesn't use netSyntenic, leaving more maps present in the final chain file analogously to blat mapping
- Fixed pulling of workflow from GitHub
- Implement self-reporting, saving all tracebacks into the output directory provided
To use this release specifically run the workflow with
