SCT版本：1.12.4-2022.0.4
application.yml中的配置如下：
c8ea9a5a865f2eaff7d7effa44796f0
889326bb5e48e696066d6fa8cf38995
debug发现，会启动Prometheus的httpserver，然后由StatConfigModifier.modify修改配置，最后没有占用这个端口
同一个服务器上同时启动多个服务的时候，有概率会出现端口冲突的报错导致启动失败
