Modulator Slots

There are 3 slots assigned as 'modulator slots' (m1, m2,m3).

These slots are special as they do not receive or transmit audio, nor do they receive midi messages.

This means they are only useful for modulator modules

note: really 'special slots' only contain this functionality because of how they are assigned in the router modules - and so this can be altered. the above is true for the factory parallel and serial routers.
