Related Issues:

Main Changes:

Transitions client app from using Create React App to Vite.

Steps To Test:

  1. View and test the deployed app on Cloud.gov dev site.

TODO:

  • Investigate code splitting and built files to see if there's any optimizations that can be made to reduce file sizes.
