This is the version v1.1 release of iMARGI-Docker source files. It's an update with function enhancement of v1.0.

  • The iMARGI-Docker image built based on release v1.1 is also released in Docker Hub.

    • It's the latest version now. You can pull it using the command docker pull zhonglab/imargi.
    • For tracking the history of iMARGI-Docker updates in Docker Hub, there is also an image with tag v1.1 in Docker Hub, which can be specifically pulled by docker pull zhonglab/imargi:v1.1.

Updates summary:

  • Added multiple input parameter validating steps in imargi_wrapper.sh and improved ERROR information output.
  • Added BWA ERROR detection function and improved ERROR information in imargi_wrapper.sh.
