This is version v1.2.2 of iMARGI-Docker source files.

• The iMARGI-Docker image built based on release v1.2.2 is also released in Docker Hub.
  • Currently, it's the latest version. You can pull it using the command docker pull zhonglab/imargi.
  • The latest image in Docker Hub will be always built based on the most updated stable version release. For tracking the history of iMARGI-Docker updates in Docker Hub, there is also an image with tag v1.2.2 in Docker Hub, which can be pulled by docker pull zhonglab/imargi:v1.2.2.
  • This version v1.2.2 fixed header bug in imargi_distfilter.sh.
