This PR migrates from self written script for autopilot configuration to external autopilot-tools python package.

Supported configurations:

  • px4_v1_14_cyphal_quadcopter: config + firmware upload
  • px4_v1_14_cyphal_octorotor: config + firmware upload
  • px4_v1_12_dronecan_vtol: config + firmware upload
  • ardupilot lua cyphal+dronecan: config only

Side changes:

  • docker.sh help has been rewritten to show which modes supports auto config
  • README.md has been significantly rewritten
  • tools submodule has been updated to allows script.sh exit earlier when something goes wrong
