Description

This PR adds a test case that measures the success rate of the IK algorithm on 3 urdfs: panda, ur5e, xArm 6. The desired success rate is at least 95% so the tests are currently failing. I'd like to commit this as is, making main essentially failing the tests. But this way we have our base line and can improve from that.
