Basically, download the plugin, upload it into /mods/ or /mods/plugins/.
Now open up LuckPerms or do
/lp group default perm add popcontrol.command.player true
Now players can run
/popctrl addhome <Pokemon> [<form>]
to block that Pokémon from spawning inside their claim!
