Troubleshooting in a few simple steps!

Step 1:

Make sure you are on the Latest versions of the plugin(s) you are using!
To get faster plugin updates consider joining the Discord.

All is updated, But still having issues?

Step 2:

Double Check your Servers Software:

SpongeForge and Forge version check:
          /sponge version

       Nucleus Version Check:
       /sponge plugins nucleus

For Generations:
Forge: Forge Version: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2847
SpongeForge: SpongeForge Version: 1.12.2-2838-7.2.3
Nucleus: v1.14.7-S7.1

For Reforged:
Forge: Forge Version: 1.12.2 - 14.23.5.2854
SpongeForge: SpongeForge Version: 1.12.2-2838-7.3.0
Nucleus: Nucleus - Latest

Step 3:

Make a back-up of your configs.

Download all your config files from (bugged) Plugin to your Laptop, Computer or Mac Device.
Now Shut down the server.
Be 100% sure it does NOT Restart!

Now delete the (bugged) plugins config folder.
Start the server again, This way all config files have had a fresh start.
Now see without editing the config files, If your issue/error still persists.
If your issue is even after this still present on your server, please join our Discord.

When you come for help, Please when possible, Provide a copy of the error from your /logs/ folder.
This way we can easier retrace the issue and maybe replicate it, Thus making it easier to fix!
Please, When reporting an issue. Provide a small description of the issue, Explain when it started, If you have had earlier versions of (bugged) plugin.
Screenshots from issues in-game are also very much appreciated!
Please provide some extra information, such as your Current Pixelmon Version.
Example: Pixelmon Generations 8.2.2.\

As much as additional information about the issue is always welcome, a list of all plugins perhaps or another plugin that you just updated.
