Most issues have been addressed in https://github.com/anvilproject/drs_downloader/releases/tag/v0.1.5-rc.15. A solution needs to be found for Pyinstaller boot up |

None of the old URIs are compatible with DRS hub so many of the old testing files had to be replaced or deleted
Tested with 500 GB download on Terra VM.
Completed in ~ 3 hours.
Need to build new binaries. That step seems to be disabled on the Github Actions
