What's in the PR

  • Removed no longer needed README.4src, README.4bin
  • Pruned and improved README.md

How to test manually

  • The README now contain Docker commands to build the UIMACPP Docker image and run a simple annotator on it.

@DrDub, I have looked at the PR and successfully built and run the Docker image without encountering any errors.
