Login Problems

There are a few problems which one may encounter when trying to log in through Blue Iris's web server.

Auto-ban

If the login page suddenly begins failing to load, Blue Iris probably auto-banned your IP address. By default this should be cleared after one hour or if you restart Blue Iris. You can adjust Auto-ban settings in Blue Iris's web server options.

Browser extensions

If you have trouble logging in, disable any browser extensions which may be interfering with network connections. One such example is the Chrome extension "Data Saver", which was found to break the login process in such a way that a successful login simply returns you to the login page.
