  • NEW branch for upgrading to mity to v1.1.0
  • This branch can be merged with master directly
  • Replaced mity call, normalize and annotate with run_mity that does the job of all three rules in one go.
  • Added a new generate_mt_report rule

To Do:

  • Perform validation
  • Make code changes for compatibility in CHEO-RI

Pipeline is compatible in CHEO-RI. Test run:/srv/shared/data/crg2_mity_v1.1.0/test_mity
