About the pull request
Adds more style and customization to the game, it's basically a re-skined lightweight combat pack but in black
Explain why it's good for the game
Could be given to some ERTs, and renamed at a later date.
Testing Photographs and Procedure
Have not tested it yet...DO not merge it....
