is anyone available to work on this? in order to stay in the Scala 2 community build, Ammonite needs to stay reasonably current with its Scalameta version

as a result of merging scala/community-build#1722 , I've had to remove Ammonite from the Scala 2 community build — you'd need to get onto Scalameta 4.10.x (currently 4.10.2) in order for us to keep you

@SethTisue I missed your comment about 4.10.2, this PR bumps to 4.10.0. But #1617 should bump scalameta even further.
