OK this is still not in the direct blocking path; I know it hasn't been quite a month yet but I think we're probably good to try landing this now and hence switch over all FCOS streams as well as RHCOS 4.12.

In particular, one sub-thread on my mind here is kernel-rt - I'd like to consider introducing a new base image for that. Doing so would be much nicer with chunked images, because the image will share most of the storage with the non-RT variant.

Hence, lifting draft.
