mediameta v0.2.0

Release 0.2.0 of mediameta Python package supports JPEG, HEIC and TIFF images and MOV videos. It parses EXIF metadata from images and QuickTime metadata from video files. If location data is available, links can be generated to maps providers (Google, Yandex, OSM and Bing are supported). The license has been changed to MIT and some Python venv-related fixes were made.
