mediameta initial release

Initial release of mediameta Python package supports JPEG, HEIC and TIFF images and MOV videos. It parses EXIF metadata from images and QuickTime metadata from video files. If GPS data is available, links can be generated to maps providers (Google, Yandex, OSM and Bing are supported).
