Description - what does this code do?

• Adds factories for Homepage model so that we can develop with these more quickly in local dev

Testing done - how did you test it/steps on how can another person can test it

Run the following commands in the rails console.

FactoryBot.create(:homepage)
FactoryBot.create(:homepage_with_features)
FactoryBot.create(:september_homepage)

1. Go to /admin/homepages and confirm that three homepages were created.
2. Preview each homepage. homepage_with_features should have created a page with generic content and gray placeholders for each image. september_homepage should have created a homepage with real innovation names, distinct copy, and distinct photos.
