- Chain the channel settings dialog after the channel add dialog to allow the user to set the channel modulation and settings before persisting
- Fix bug causing constant RBDS call sign recalculations if Program Identification (PI) code falls into a special case category
- (rtl_tcp) Reset the RTL-SDR device buffers prior to reading each time a stream is created rather than just once at startup
- (rtl_tcp) Fix garbled/corrupt output of attached RTL-SDR device information on Windows if driver has not been reconfigured with Zadig
