  • added an 'about' dialog which includes gmdrec version
  • added hardware support for the third revision of gmdrec pcb

Changes:

  • slowed down button presses from 35ms to 50ms to improve reliability
  • changed the versioning scheme to follow PEP 440
  • slightly better handling of exceptions
  • server_url is now hardcoded
  • bumped up some requirements

Removed features:

  • Spotify integration has been removed in favour of foo_spotify foobar2000 plugin

Hot on the heels of v0.5 comes a new beta release which is mostly a collection of small fixes and some refactoring.

Changes:

  • a long-standing bug was fixed which resulted in extra track-marks in no_tmarks mode
  • the playlist shows sanitized track names as they will be entered
  • some under-the-hood reshuffling

Note: No issues were found in testing so this gets released as 0.6.
