Changes:

• add support for reading calibration data from EEPROM on rev2a boards
• remove default calibration values from settings.conf, keep installer from overwriting it (#7)
• add support for labeling tracks in katakana on Japanese firmware devices
• fix support for R55/R37 (#10)
• identify the currently active playlist in foobar (#11)

Note that the installer will no longer overwrite settings.conf
