I'll add a commit dropping the Autotools build as soon as the CI passes. |
Fallout from 6147499. Clearly the wallpaper portal hasn't been built in CI.
Everything else has switched to Meson already.
Build against latest xdg-desktop-portal, and use Meson.
So long, and thanks for all the fish.

Both Flatpak and xdg-desktop-portal have switched to Meson, so it's safe to drop the last Autotools-only holdout.
