Renamed Repo and created new Readme. Eliminated Arduino code until new interface is available for testing. Reorganized folder structure.
Refactored MasterSlave to HUGS, setup code to read messages. Established timeouts and safeguards.
Updated some comments
Still working on slow speed mode
Preparing to match velocities actross transition.
Updated to include 3.2.0 Giga Device Libraries
