- Counting is done using the strand of each sample instead of the strand of whole cohort in FRASER
- FRASER result no longer contains sample annotation info
- Sample annotation file now should always contain STRAND for all samples, this is also updated in demo sample annotation file
fix bug when multiple matching
Remove unnecessary step for the QC matrix
fix bug in not annotated QC table
fix bug in check matches function
Adapt to new FRASER version and fix minor issues
update version nr to 1.4.0
