Subsurface microbial community structure shifts along the geological features of the Central American Volcanic Arc
Data and code relative to the Basili et al. 2024 manuscript about the shifts in microbial community structure along the CAVA convergent margin. All the sequences analyzed in this study are available through NCBI under project PRJNA797441 and ENA under project accession PRJEB63479.

- Basili_et_al_CAVA_final.ipynb the anlalysis file containign all the code to reproduce the analysis and figures in the manuscript
- ASV_tab_merg.csv containing the AVS table
- taxa_merg.csv the taxonomy assignments for the ASV
- SampleData_merg.csv containing the environmental data and metadata used to contruct the phyloseq object
- coordinate.csv the non redundant environmental data and metadata
- prok_data_raw.rds the R file containing with the initail phyloseq object
