Baseline configuration with design templates

This pre-release has proven ready in a live production environment with minimal issues, though lacks complete documentation at this stage. Furthermore, this requires additional vetting by campus stakeholders and colloquial super users, potentially changing even substantially as we shape the workflow.

We propose this as a pre-release candidate for feedback — pending complete documentation — as a first step toward the v1.0.0 configuration for use with ProPresenter version 7.9.1 in live production environments at Grace Bible Church in College Station, Texas.
