Zoom: Instructions for common access problems
Problem: Zoom is requesting a verification code that is being sent to the email associated with Zoom account i.e. [email protected]
- In order to get a Zoom link, you need to have access to Hack for LA's 1Password. Team Leads can [get added to 1Password] here.
- Log into 1Password.com
- Check to see if you have access to the Zoom Vault. If you don't see it, [request access the Zoom vault] here
- Open the Zoom vault
- Find the credentials for the email (i.e. [email protected]), which are stored in the same 1password vault as the zoom login credentials
- Login to the email address (i.e. [email protected]), copy verification code sent from Zoom and input it where being asked
