Proposed change

Multiple backup adjustments coming from design review

• Always add welcome screen when onboarding, we don't have this right now when clicking the banner.
• Always use the terminology "backups" instead of "copies".
• Remove days as preset
• Rename forever to all backups
• Drop learn more button next to HA settings
• Drop including new for all addons
• Drop the version number is addon settings and onboarding (not in custom backup)
• Rename "save to save and create backup"
• Add "change local backup location dialog"
• Rename "backup synced" to "backup created" and "backup uploaded"
• Display old encryption key before using a new one
• Color "restore" button to red
