Added functionality to save all the board parameters using hubo-homeparams program. This is an extension of the ability to save the home parameters.
Currently, as noted in hubo-daemon.c, the CAN Rate, Home Accel Max, and JamTime are not consistent with Hubo-i. There is a warning in the printout of the parameters.
