Patch Installation

The Sonic ‘06 Mod Manager has access to a high number of community patches developed by various people, these can range from small quality of life tweaks (such as disabling the intro Sega logo to speed up the game boot) to restoring removed content (such as the curved Homing Attack that Sonic had in the Xbox Live Arcade demo).

Installing a patch works like installing a mod, simply check the patches you wish to use and launch the game from the Mods Tab (this automatically saves the checked patches, although you can manually save your selection with the Save checked patches button in the Patches Tab).
