Fixing current images write consensus

• Cristian discovered that the Ubuntu16 container is running libsodium18 (1.0.8) and the others are running libsodium23. This leads to the write consensus problems
• Sebastian created Ubuntu18 image using the Ubuntu16 python deb packages
  • Reviewed by Guido
  • Merged + Release 0.5.1

  • Guido/Sebastian could not reproduce the write consensus problems...?
  • TODO: Test setup to reproduce the write consus issue! This would also be very useful for network upgrade tests (see Indy 1.13)

Indy 1.13 on Ubuntu 20 image

• Robin created Ubuntu 20 image based on artifactory debs

    • Guido will add this image to CI then merge
• Interesting Test: libsodium issue (see "Fixing current images" for test setup)
