These values are placeholders while we figure out how to find more reliable input data. As with CPAP, we have good facility data for Ethiopia, but not for Pakistan and Nigeria. Unlike with CPAP, we don't have a Cochrane Review providing us with an RR, but we could use this estimate from LiST, or copy their methods and calculate our own estimate of RR.
