The transfers app is quite complex and hard to use as a scaffold for new projects.

"Ping Pong" is a barebones demonstration of how users can interact with enclaves with Quartz.

This app should serve as the default template for people to copy and build off of.

Details on how to use it are in the README.

This app should serve as the default template for people to copy and build off of.

Is the idea to have quartz init use this? If so, then I think we should have this in a separate repo and set it up as a GH starter template (and update the CLI to use this in quartz init), otherwise we run into similar problems as the transfers app (with the CI).
