When Requesting support we Require System information.

This is done by using the Config Dump that can be founded under under The jfusion cpanel, It is up to you if you want to filter the output or if you wish to of you want to include password and such (for this you can use the mask option)

When Requesting support with a login issue you most provide Login Checker
