Luxuri firmware does not explicitly support screens made by DWIN, but firmware exists for these screens that is compatible with Marlin and has IDEX features. This firmware does not make any attempt to match the features of Luxuri firmware, but it should be compatible with both Luxuri mainboard firmware and plain Marlin firmware.
You should be able to download the DWIN firmware from this repository in the binaries directory. You should download the entire DWIN_SET directory.
The procedure to install firmware on a DWIN display should be the same as the instructions in this video.
