Note: duper.collectDatatypes is still disabled by default because test_regression.lean has some problems that fail when duper.collectDatatypes is enabled. After those issues are resolved, there will be a future commit that enables duper.collectDatatypes by default (or gets rid of this option altogether)
Note: duper.collectDatatypes is still disabled by default because there remain tests in test_regression.lean that fail when it is enabled. At least some of these tests fail due to unrelated issues that are exposed by enabling duper.collectDatatypes. After these issues are resolved, the duper.collectDatatypes option can be removed or folded into portfolio mode's includeExpensiveRules option
